Aspiring Business Analyst
Advanced Diploma student in Computer Programming and Analysis at George Brown Polytechnic, with Business Analysis & Business Intelligence training through EPAM. I connect business needs with structured technical solutions through requirements analysis, stakeholder communication, and data-informed thinking.
I am an Advanced Diploma student in Computer Programming and Analysis at George Brown Polytechnic, complementing my technical studies with Business Analysis & Business Intelligence training at EPAM. I focus on building practical, user-focused solutions at the intersection of technology and creativity.
Outside the classroom, I serve as Vice President of the Computer Science Club, where I lead student initiatives and support collaboration across teams. This role, along with hackathons and project-based work, has taught me how to coordinate efforts, align perspectives, and deliver structured results in fast-paced environments.
I aim to bring clarity to ideas and translate them into solutions ready for development.
Sincerely,
Karina Vetlugina

I am motivated by work that solves real problems for real people, whether that means clarifying a messy workflow, reducing friction in how teams share knowledge, or helping stakeholders see a path from idea to implementation. I believe the strongest solutions emerge when business context and technology are treated as one conversation, not two separate languages. That is why I invest in both structured analysis and hands-on technical practice: it keeps my recommendations grounded and my collaboration with developers respectful and efficient.
I value continuous learning, user-centered thinking, and honest iteration based on feedback. Academic projects, leadership roles, and hackathon experiences have reinforced that clear requirements, empathy for users, and disciplined communication are just as important as any framework or tool. My goal is to grow into a Business Analyst or product-oriented professional who helps organizations make better decisions, supported by evidence, aligned with stakeholders, and designed for sustainable delivery.
